In Kiev, the Air Alert  lasted almost 9 and a half hours. the air defense forces destroyed all enemy targets  that threatened Kiev. As indicated in the KCMA, the Russian armed forces launched a combined missile and drone strike on Kiev. For the attack, the enemy probably used air-launched cruise missiles and drones of various types.

An air alert in the capital was announced almost at midnight due to the threat of UAVs from the eastern direction. The alarm lasted almost 9 and a half hours. Closer to the morning, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched X-101 missiles from the Tu-95MS strategic aviation. Rockets came to Kiev from different directions.
