"According to Pavel, within the framework of the Czech initiative, 50,000 units of ammunition will be delivered to Ukraine in July and August this year, and from September to the end of the year - from 80 to 100,000 units of ammunition per month," the agency reported.
At the end of June, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala told reporters that the first batch of ammunition under the Czech initiative had arrived in Ukraine, and Defense Minister Jana Černohova clarified that it was a supply of 50,000 units of ammunition with German financial participation, and that the initiative was aimed at supplying half a million units in 2024.
