In the Kursk region, the Russian Federation complained about an attempted "breakthrough"


In the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, the authorities complained about an attempt to "break through" into the region, as stated by the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexei Smirnov, UNN reports.


Details

Smirnov wrote in his telegram channel that "today, information is coming from Suzhansky and Korenovsky districts about attempts to break through" "into the territory of Kursk region." Smirnov claims that soldiers of the border service of the Russian Federal Security Service and the Russian Armed Forces allegedly "prevented the breakthrough of the border.


Russian telegram channels write about the movement of "towards Goncharivka, Suzhansky district, on vehicles".


The BBC's Russian service writes that "according to Russian military telegram channels, fighting continues in the Kursk region.


Also, Russian telegram channels write about alleged attempts to break through to the Belgorod region.
